• Preparation of pre-qualification and bid documents;

• Negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (typically), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, Fuel Supply Agreements and Insurance Agreements;

• Negotiations with governments, government agencies and regulators; overseeing licensing applications; and

• Negotiation and finalization of financing agreements with multilateral and commercial financial institutions.

Financing transactions have been in the form of securitisations, monetisation and project financings using a variety of capital market, bank market, export credit agency, multilateral agency and credit/interest/commodity derivative solutions.
